For all you keen golfers, we are pleased to announce that this year we have made arrangements with Salou Golf to provide a full service for anyone wishing to play golf in the area. They can provide you with transportation to any one of the golf courses of your choice, arrange green fees, book your tee times and even provide a full set of clubs should you not wish to bring your own. So all you need to do is tell us where & when you would like to play and what you require and they will make all the arrangements. (subject to availability, please book early to avoid disappointment.)

Salou Golf are associated with Port Aventura and are able to take bookings for the any of the three new courses that are due to open within the Port Aventura resort in June this year. These new courses have been designed by Greg Norman and consist of two eighteen hole courses and a nine hole course. Here are the comments that Port Aventura say about their golf development:

"The North course provides sensations, the Centre course provides entertainment, and the South Course provides... a challenge. PortAventura has trusted Greg Norman and Green Project to design three golf courses where both amateur and professional players can enjoy a great golfing experience. The golf courses will open their doors in summer 2008.

This project is part of the resort development plan, which also includes the construction of a conference centre and a new hotel. One of the main aims of this plan is to break seasonality and thus be able to offer entertainment 365 days per year."
