Apartment Bellavista is a large air conditioned apartment that has been fully re-furbished to a high standard and will accommodate 6 people in comfort.

It is situated in an excellent position close to the centre of the tourist area of Salou and all its amenities.

Situated on the top floor of a 6 floor apartment block (which is serviced by an elevator), it has views over Salou, towards the Mediterranean sea and also the mountains of Sierra Montsant.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, 4 ring gas hob, oven and microwave. The kitchen is fully catered for with crockery, cutlery and glasses etc. For your convenience a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board are also supplied.

It has a spacious lounge/diner with 2 comfortable leather sofas and a dining table capable of seating 6 comfortably. It is also equipped with a 28” widescreen TV with English TV and a DVD/CD player. The lounge area has patio doors leading on to a large terrace which is west facing and is perfect for relaxing in the evening and watching the sunsets. This has a table and chairs for 'Al Fresco' dining.

The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes (with safe) and its own luxury en-suite shower room with French doors that also lead onto the large terrace. The second double sized bedroom has 3 individual beds and fitted wardrobes, with the third bedroom smaller in size but also with 2 individual beds and again fitted wardrobes. There is also a second bathroom with full size bath and shower that serves these 2 bedrooms. A baby travel cot and high chair are available for hire should you need them. (NB. we do not provide sheets and blankets for the travel cot.)

The apartment is only 75 metres (3 minutes walk) from the beautiful beach of Playa Capellans. This golden sand beach is situated in a small cove and has safe bathing. It is perfect for families with small children. The beach has umbrellas and sun loungers for hire and it also has 2 beach kiosks. Although the apartment does not have it's own pool, most of the hotels (and there are 8 within 200 metres of the apartment) allow non-residents to use their pool and terraces on the understanding that you also purchase food and/or refreshments at their terrace bars. The Hotel San Diego (which is next to the apartment building) has a pool and facilities that can be used.

Availabilty & Prices for 2008

Please note all our rental periods for Apartment Bellavista begin and end on a Saturday.

The apartment will be available on the day of your arrival after 16.00pm and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning. We can store or hold on to luggage if your departure time is after 11.00 or if you arrive earlier than 16.00.

The prices shown below are for the apartment per week (and not per person) and include electricity, water and gas. Towels and bed linen are provided at no extra cost, but please bring your own beach towels.

We can arrange transfers from Reus, Barcelona or Girona airports. Price would depend on party size and arrival/departure times.

If you have an evening flight, then if requested we can supply a welcome pack to get you started (tea, coffee, milk, bread, marmalade, cornflakes, mineral water, orange juice, eggs and butter.) this is charged at €10 and would be payable on arrival. However most local supermarkets are open until 9pm.

Prices do not include Air fares or travel insurance.

Spain is now covered by the European Health Insurance Card (this is a replacement for the E111, which ceased to be valid from 31st December 2005). This is available from any British Post Office or on line at www.dh.gov.uk/travellers and is free of charge. This will cover you as in the UK for doctors and hospital treatment, but it is highly recommended that you take out private travel insurance which will also cover you for things like flight delays or lost luggage etc.

A deposit of 20% (minimum of £100 or €150) is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival. All payments can be made by bank transfer and can be paid in sterling in the UK or in euros at the rate that is available on that day. Full terms and conditons can be found on our booking form.
